Tropical Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups cashew milk
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Whole Earth & Sea Greens
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chopped or crushed fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds or flakes

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, cashew milk and coconut milk to a medium pot and bring to a boil on high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and let the mixture simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring
  2. Stir in coconut sugar, chia, vanilla, Whole Earth & Sea Greens powder and salt until combined and cook until the oatmeal reaches desired consistency.
  3. Serve oatmeal with pineapple, your preferred coconut and a sprinkle of chia.
