Mango Strawberry PreWorkout Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of fresh hulled strawberries
1 cup of frozen mango
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
6 cubes of ice
1 scoop of Whole Earth & Sea 100% Fermented Organic Greens – chocolate 
Optional topping – hemp seeds, mulberries, and fresh-sliced strawberries

Instructions

1. Starting with the almond milk, combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

 

2. Add more almond milk if you prefer to thin out the smoothie.
