About Women’s Prenatal
Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin & Mineral is a comprehensive, whole food-based multinutrient supplement optimized for support from conception to birth and throughout breastfeeding. This formula is a major step up from basic prenatal vitamins as it not only helps prevent nutrient deficiencies, but is carefully formulated to optimize maternal health and fetal development.
Our bioenergetic formula includes Farm Fresh Factors™, a nutrient-dense base made with fresh, raw earth and sea vegetables, cruciferous sprouts, polyphenol-rich fruits, and herbs, carefully processed using EnviroSimplex® technology to retain and intensify the total goodness of whole food. This non-GMO, 100% vegan formula provides easily absorbable forms of essential nutrients, helping to meet the significantly increased nutrient requirements of pregnancy.
Two small, easy-to-swallow tablets a day provide the adequate amount of folic acid, iron, vitamins B6 and B12, and many other essential nutrients, helping to reduce the risk of neural tube defects and prevent iron deficiency anemia. The recommended daily dosage also provides 100 mg each of magnesium and calcium, 1000 IU of vitamin D, and other nutrients vital for building healthy bones, cartilage, teeth and gums, and for red blood cell production and muscle activity.
Recommended use: A bioenergetic multivitamin and mineral formula for the maintenance of good health. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

How do Whole Earth & Sea formulas compare to other whole-food supplements?A
Several companies market versions of what they refer to as “whole-food” vitamins. Most of the nutrients in supplements marketed as whole-food are produced by mixing (USP) vitamins and minerals with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker’s yeast) sugar or molasses in a big tank. What is the EnviroSimplex® technology?A
