About Pure Food Cogni-Hi-Q
Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Cogni-Hi-Q is designed specifically to support healthy brain activity. Its rich omega-3 fatty acid content, in a near 3:1 ratio of DHA to EPA, comes from ROMEGA™ 30 herring roe extract sustainably harvested from Norwegian spring-spawning herring. Each softgel contains choline, astaxanthin, and a significant dose of DHA and EPA in phospholipid form, which is easier for the body to absorb.
Omega-3s are essential for brain and heart health and the phospholipid forms of DHA and EPA are particularly important for brain function. Choline improves cognitive performance, and astaxanthin is one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants and a natural “brain food”.
Cogni-Hi-Q contains more omega-3 phospholipids than krill oil, and is a sustainable alternative to krill. The Norwegian spring-spawning herring fishery has been independently certified by the Marine Stewardship Council, whose mission is to conserve the marine habitat. Herring is classified as a “species of least concern” by the International Union of Conservation of Nature.
Cogni-Hi-Q is guaranteed non-GMO and provides 250.25 mg of DHA, 79.3 mg of EPA, 27.3 mg of choline, and 360 mcg of astaxanthin per softgel. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, with no fishy repeat.
Recommended use: Omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, support cognitive health and brain function.
